Objective

Reduced external rotation R vs L (35 vs 55 deg). Painful arc 80-120 degrees. Neer and Hawkins tests positive. Full cervical ROM. No neurological signs.

Assessment

Rotator cuff tendinopathy - supraspinatus predominant. Contributing factors: load management and posture at work.

Plan

Manual therapy x2 session. Home programme: pendulum exercises, external rotation band work. Advised on posture at work. Review in 1 week.
